Our new workshop dates for summer 2026 are online. The CUBiDA (Core Unit Bioinformatics, Data Integration and Analysis) team regularly offers a series of bioinformatics workshops and training courses designed to progressively build your data analysis skills for analyzing your omics data.
CUBiDA (https://www.mik.uk-erlangen.de/en/ueber-uns/cubida/) is a dedicated core unit that provides comprehensive support for biomedical research at the Uniklinikum Erlangen. Our range of services includes bioinformatics solutions from standardized pipelines to highly customized approaches, and also the further education of scientists.
Our workshops are designed to equip researchers with knowledge and practical skills necessary for effective data management, analysis, and interpretation. We offer various courses at regular intervals, which can be taken individually or in combination, depending on the participants’ level of knowledge.
